Contact and purpose
Kursaal Partners is led by José Luis Gómez. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, use our contact form. We use enquiries and project materials to respond to you, assess potential documentary sponsorship or brand partnerships and manage related discussions.
Information you provide
Contact enquiries contain your name, email and message. Project and brand enquiries also contain the details, links and PDFs you choose to submit. We record your submission reference, time and review status. Submit only materials you are authorised to share; do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Private review and email notices
The website is public, but submitted information and PDF files are not. The review panel and document downloads are restricted to the authorised administrator. Internal email notices containing enquiry details are sent through Resend to Kursaal’s designated inbox. PDFs remain in private storage and are not attached to these notices. Materials are not automatically forwarded to sponsors.
Storage and security
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare database and file storage. A necessary temporary cookie supports secure submissions and PDF uploads without registration; it expires after 24 hours. Short-lived hashed network identifiers and request counters help limit abuse. These controls are not advertising tracking. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Retention and your requests
Project information is kept for evaluation and related discussions. You may ask us to delete materials or withdraw an enquiry using our contact form. Information needed for existing contractual obligations or applicable legal requirements may need to be retained. Include your submission reference where available. Do not send additional confidential material merely to request deletion.
No commitment on submission
Submitting a form does not create a representation agreement, initiate a charge, transfer rights or guarantee funding. Representation requires a separate agreed proposal and signed contract.
